A user experience pitch.

Objective: Showcase and integrate Klarna’s products into Lacoste’s website by leveraging each company’s design systems.

To complete this objective, I created a conceptual user experience and branding pitch. The fully immersive experience allows Lacoste to visualize a Klarna integration from a website and application perspective. Thankfully, we won the bid.

Conceptual Vogue X Lacoste integration

A design visualizing an integration between Lacoste and Vogue, powered by Klarna’s Express Checkout. Klarna’s Express Checkout enables a partner to add the checkout button to any website.

In this scenario, I utilized an existing Vogue article featuring Lacoste. Anna Binair, my user persona for this project, sees Lacoste’s Button Front Jacket and is interested in purchasing the item. She clicks the Klarna Express Checkout button, verifies her identity and then pays for her item in 4 installments.

User verification

Klarna recognizes the customer, Anna Binair, via verification code.

Anna Binair, our customer, can easily find upcoming payments directly in the app. Furthermore, she can receive payment reminders.
